Vinyl dual pane windows with balances I've never seen before. Windows are on a beach house and all metal hardware not holding up well.

You have a coil spring balance system. We believe you have the 15-191 pivot shoe. This is compatible with the Series 160 Coil Springs. You will need to remove your old system and compare them to ours. See the video below for information. On the Series 160 coil spring, you will need the number stamped on the old spring when ordering.
