Thanks for your post! I believe your Harvey window pivot bar is the 26-423. To determine if this is the correct match, carefully review and compare the dimensions. You may need to remove it from the sash to confirm.

You'll need to remove the riveted pin from the side of the window. Their spacing should match up with the hole spacing on the diagram.

Apologies for not mentioning this but you may also need the 33-005 #44 Pop Rivet and the 75-012S Professional Rivet Tool for the installation.
