Looking for patio door handle

Thanks for posting. See our 82-030. This should be able to replace your old handle set. Note that if the thumb lever broke, this might be indicative of the mortise lock in the door being broken. To check, try removing the handle set and then manually throwing the mortise lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, then you know the mortise lock should be replaced also. We likely can help in that case--just send photos of the mortise lock and we'll see what we have for you. 

The style is a little different, and your exact style is no longer made, but this handle set should have a hole spacing of 3-15/16". It is functionally interchangeable with the 82-030. Let me know if you have any other concerns.
