I went through your website looking for this pivot bar; the width on the top is 1 7/8 to 2 inch, top bar down is 1 1/8, to the hole is 3/4" thickness is 3/16x1/8.
The pivot shoe thickness is 3/8, Length is 2 1/8, width is 15/16.
any ideas.

Hmm... I'm not sure what your pivot bar could be. The closest we can find is our 26-326. The shape is similar and it should fit in your pivot shoe, but the hole dimensions are different. Are you able to substitute this in your sash?
