Another handle has Norco printed on it. I'm looking for the rectangle piece and window crank if you can help.

Thanks for posting on our discussion board. It looks like you may be looking for our 39-107 operator cover, and 39-114L crank handle. Look at both parts to see if these will work for you.

I received the new handle and that didn't solve my problem. I think I need a new arm operator? (the internal parts). Any chance you can recommend what I should buy?

Ah, sorry to hear that. It's possible the operators are at fault, yes. Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. These may work for you, but carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm.
