Looking for proper replacment parts

Question

We have several casement windows that the opening mechanism is broken or close to breaking. They are all stamped with a "Root" logo and the numbers HG04-2001 (see attached image). We are looking to purchase replacement hardware for two left opening windows and two right opening windows.

Hello there!

We don't sell your exact hinge but our 36-048 would be our recommendation. You wouldn't want to mix and match old and new hinges so make sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Take a look and see what you think.
