Looking for replacememts for single balance windows.

Hello I have a 2006 built home and about 10 windows all have broken balances. I need replacement ones. I removed one of the balances and took pictures of the measurements. The balance measures 29 inches long.

There was a sticker on the window. Info on the sticker:
Milestone Single Hung Series 1000

Thank you for posting. Before we can recommend a replacement for this balance, can you confirm the width of the metal channel? Thank you!

1/2inch wide

Thank you! I wasn't sure whether it measured 1/2" wide or 3/8" wide, which are the two standard widths for channel balances. It is an important factor and I'm glad you cleared it up!

I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
