Thanks for your response, Yes it does match - I will proceed to buy the hinge.

Would you have recommendations for other part which is the plastic part on the board

Oh, I'm sorry for missing that. I must have been too focused on the hinge. The plastic part looks like a false panel clip of sorts. Our 32-134 serves the same function. Do you think this would work for your drawer?
