Sorry, I forgot to include the part number for my item. The part time is p 06-1526, is the 39-232 still accurate part time? Thank you for the clarification!

Those old codes aren't always reliable to go by--but in this case the 39-232 is probably the best bet. This is commonly used on ROTO brand parts, if that name happens to be familiar to you.
Just note that this handle has a hole made to accept a ribbed 11/32" spline. There are some older versions of this operator that instead have a hex shaped 5/16" spline. That's something you might want to check before you buy anything, just to be safe.
