Looking for replacement Hardware to update a lot of Monarch windows

Question

I am wanting to up update my Monarch window hardware. I am ordering 39-107FK to update my operators to be white and folding from a non-folding handle in a beige color. I?m including some pictures so let me know if there may be issues or concerns.

I would also like to replace the sash locks so they will also be white but I don?t see the size I need.

My sash lock measurements are below and please let me know if there is a replacement I can use.
The holes are 3 5/16? on center
2.5? front to back
3? tall
1? thick

They are also ganged together for tandem operation.

Monarch has recently been bought out and are no longer offer their windows or pars.

The 39-107FK should work perfectly fine with your old operator. As for the locks, you have an older version of our 38-097 and 38-098. These will work, too, but you also need a new 38-079 keeper since the new types won't work with your old one.
