Looking for replacement Hinges

Question

I'm Looking for replacement Hinges. Original brand Mepla.
The first 2 photos are of a working hinge.
The next photos show a broken hinge with the Mepla name.

A couple of these Hinges broke. Maybe poor metal.
Some of the screws broke also in the hard-wood.
I've got better screws now.

I'd like to replace with soft-close, if available.
Please let me know what you can.
I'm a home-owner with average skills.
