Looking for replacement Truth casement window operator

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:

Hi,
I'm looking for a replacement of this Truth Casement Window operator. The gear inside it appears to be either stripped, or out of alignment with the frame. I can't find any other markings on it but it appears to be a dyad style. I'm looking for replacements for both the right and left side operators as I have two windows with the same problem.

Take a look at our 39-187 and 39-188 operators and match them up to yours. I believe these are the parts you're looking for.
