Looking for replacement Truth casement window operator

Hi,
I'm looking for a replacement of this Truth Casement Window operator. The gear inside it appears to be either stripped, or out of alignment with the frame. I can't find any other markings on it but it appears to be a dyad style. I'm looking for replacements for both the right and left side operators as I have two windows with the same problem.
