Start by looking at our 39-350. Carefully compare all the dimensions to your old operator and let me know if you think this matches what you need.

A quick learner says:
Its close but on mine the spacing between the bottom two holes is 1-1/8". Also there is a slight bend on the inner link arm. I have included an additional picture.

I'm afraid we couldn't find anything that matches those specifications. When I looked up that marking you gave us, our records show that customers in the past were able to use our 39-017 and 39-016 as replacements. However the specs for these operators don't match the data you gave us. It's entirely possible that number has nothing to do with the design of the part. I'm sorry that we cannot provide a better match.
