Looking for replacement balance

Question

My balance is stamped (q 23 4 ) it looks like your 385 model being 5/8? but has 7/8? wings on both ends and a 1? shoe on the bottom. Your 385 is showing 15/16? wings and 1 3/32 shoe. Is it possible to get the size guide I need on that model. Please direct me in the right direction with this.  The window weighs 16lbs.

Our S377-24 channel balance looks very close to the balance you are showing us. See if this is the replacement piece you are looking for. If so, you would choose a 2340 option to correspond to your "23 4" stamping.
