Looking for replacement balancer

I need to replace this balance but having trouble identifying which is the proper replacement. The only stamping in the balancer is "27C". There is not stamping or labeling on the window sash, or jamb anywhere that can be found.

Hi there! This is a pretty standard balance. It's a bit older than the version we carry, but ours will still work. I've narrowed it down to two potential Series: either our S390-28 or our S351-28.

The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure yours to confirm the better choice. We have detailed dimensions on each product's store page that you can use as a reference.
