Looking for replacement balancers, or just the spring

Windows were purchased from Chase Pitkin in the Rochester, NY, USA area, about 15-18 years ago.

Hello,

This looks like an older version of our 15-180 pivot shoe that is used with the S190 coil springs. You can also view other coil balances hardware that you may need under the related items section of our product page. Thank you!

I have placed an order for 4 springs, order #1340279
For the future, how can I be sure to order the correct spring?
I have the ability to weigh the sash....
Or, can you go by sash size?
I just placed the order the way I did, this time, to get passed a non functioning window.
