I believe I have found the proper balances on your site though they are different than those currently in the window. How would I determine the proper length to order as these are much different. They are in Prism double hung windows with tilt sashes.

You have an older rod balance that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the Series 775 channel balance. You will need to measure the length of the original rod and the width of the shoe attachment. You will also need to obtain the weight of the window sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page to determine the correct stamp option.
