Looking for replacement balances and sash attachment

Hello, I am looking to replace these window balances and I also need a couple of the component that attaches the balances to the window sash. I would like assistance purchasing the right parts as it doesn't seem like I can find an exact match for the 14 5 ET CMC 2 or the corresponding sash fitting. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your post! I've narrowed down your balances to a few possible options but I'll need see just one more photos to determine the correct match. May I see a photo of the entire spring side of the channel?

I am particularly looking to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring/string in the middle of the balance channel.
