Looking for replacement casement operators

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We may be able to supply this operator, but I'm afraid I can't accurately ID it based on these photos. This service requires unobstructed pictures of the part in question, which in the case of operators requires full removal. Too many key details are obscured and we can't move forward without reviewing them.

Please take the operator out entirely and show us one clear, top-down photo that shows the entire mechanism. Arm, base, and all. For now I can at least tell you that this definitely isn't Andersen. The design is honestly pretty peculiar; if I'm looking at this right, there appears to be a rivet about midway up the arm. If that is the case then my optimism of finding this is low, just to be fully transparent. But I won't know for sure until I see it out.
