I believe the window is a ThermalGard window. I am looking to replace the cranking mechanisms on both sides

Hello! This operator looks like a match for our 39-032. I think this may be what you need, but you should check our arm dimensions to verify. I unfortunately can't make out your precise dimensions from your photos but I will share ours for reference.
We also sell the 39-032 for the opposite side.
