Looking for replacement dash for old Allen o window lock

I have this window lock that says Alenco and I am missing the lock part on the other side. What model do I buy?? Or how do I measure?

I have the exact same window with the same broken keeper, I was wondering how do I access the keeper, the window doesn't come out, I can't remove it to replace the keeper, it's a window with grids

Our 90-273 keeper isn't screwed on to the sash. It is riveted to the frame at the factory. Hopefully you can lower the top sash, pull off the keeper to expose the two holes for the pins on the back of the keeper to slide in and somehow crimped the pins from the outside of the sash frame.
