Looking for replacement hinges

Question

I am in the process of a kitchen remodel and I'm looking to replace my Amerock cabinet hinges with new ones that will fit without needing to bore or drill new holes. The hinges I have removed have a few different numbers stamped on the back. I see 2010E followed by 31 which is circled. There is also a 6 after that. I also see PAT5027474. Can you help me identify what model this is and also what model to replace it with if the model is discontinued?

I'm looking for a gold finish.

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact match for this hinge, and it likely is no longer made. Our 32-345 looks functionally quite similar however. Take a look and see if you think this might work as a substitute. Let me know what you decide.
