Looking for replacement inset/hidden cabinet hinge

Have a set of cabinets we got at Lowes around 2005-2006, the insert that keeps the hinge "shut" for one broke out, a plastic piece, and we're looking for replacements that will fit the existing installation. I am leery of additional screw holes and certainly don't want to redo the "inset"

Take a look at our 32-343, this looks like it could be a good match.

Overall, yes.
a) how do I deal with slightly different screw spacings
b) the existing hinge has a little bit of adjustability left to right if you take a look at the center screw

I think it could still work. You might need to adapt the newer hinge, but I would first try it to see if it works with your current holes. I've replaced many hinges like this on my own cabinets at home and they worked fine despite being a little different.
