Looking for replacement lock

Question

I have a double latch lock that is 10" in length and the following markings:
Nov 14
PAT# 6264252
PAT# 5820170

I am looking for a direct replacement. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

This looks like a good match for our 82-239 mortise lock but compare the dimensions and let me know if you agree.
