Looking for replacement nailing flange

Question

Hi I am not looking for a hardware type of replacement part, I am looking for replacement nailing flanges for Crestline casement style windows. There windows were installed in the late 80's if I recall correctly. Wonder if they would be available? Thank you in advance for your help, scott
