Looking for replacement oarts

Question

We have many windows that will need parts but can't find replacement parts.
Color is almond and believe installed between 2007 to 2012.
Any help appreciated.

Hi, Barbara.

This reminds me of something like our 39-329 ROTO operator which uses the 39-553 and 39-554 bracket. Look over the dimensions for these parts and compare them with yours to see if they match up.
