Looking for replacement of the parts in attached pics

Thanks for posting. These are very old parts that are unfortunately not made anymore. As such, we can only offer tentative substitutions.

For the pivot bar, see our 26-021. For the tilt latch, you will need to remove the thumb latch you have now entirely and install a surface-mount tilt latch as shown in the video below. You can see our full selection of surface mount latches here.

As for the balance, assuming that it's for the same window then you can use either our 9/16" diameter Series 600 or 3/8" diameter Series 900, depending on size.
