Looking for replacement of these pivot shoes

I don't have the brand or name of the windows. Just a logo of uniframe. It does look like if I pop the top or bottom cover it has a cutout to remove the pivot shoe. Looking for replacements and required tool.

Thanks for posting. Based on what I can see, I think this could be either our 15-178 or 15-188. The difference between these two pivot shoes is the thickness; see the diagrams below. Compare both with your old shoe to see what matches best. You'll need to remove the shoe from the window to obtain good measurements. The video below shows how to do this.

Thank you very much with that. I'll pop one out and make sure before ordering. Also, looks like it is using a rope style tension. Would you suggest replacing those?

That would be the balance. In your case, it appears to have the same terminal clip at the end of the cord as our Series 770 (though you should check that to be sure, I'm only going off of the clip). If it's still in functional condition then I see no reason why you can't just reuse it.
