Part is 33 inches long 5/8 wide. Part of vinyl window. I believe it is channel balancer. 32-5, GA2 CMC 24 are the markings on the Part.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly! Based on the photos you've uploaded, I recommend you have a look at the S351-33 or S390-33 with the 3250 stamp option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.
