Looking for replacement parts.

Hello,

Recently bought a house and found most of my windows do not open or will not close after opening. Took these off and am hoping to get replacement parts asap. There's a stamp number included on the photo that led me to a caldwell non-tilt block and tackle balance but I am unable to choose the correct sizing.

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp on your metal channel. To get started, we'll need to confirm the exact depth of your bottom fitting compared to the 1-1/8" dimensions shown below. We'll also need to know the number of replacement balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
