Hello - I have four windows with the attached hardware that is not working properly on any of the windows. Was looking for help to identify the proper replacements. Thanks!

I confident this operator can be replaced with the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator but you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm. Its opposite handed version is the 39-031.
