Looking for replacement parts for a kitchen drawer slide from the mid 80s

Question

The first two photos show the piece that gets inserted into the drawer.  The white hard plastic piece on the end has broken off on a few of the drawers, resulting in the drawer tipping forward when pulled out pass a few inches.  I'd prefer to get 12 inches and would love 16. Are these old parts still available or do I need to replace both parts?

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for this drawer slide, but see our 32-056 11-5/8" Slide Pair. You could mount these to the back of the cabinet with our 32-018. Look these parts over and let me know if you think they could work for you.
