Looking for replacement parts or repair

A quick learner from Boca Raton, Florida says:

Hello I have this biltbest window cranks that appears to be broken. We can open the window but when we attempt to close it, the stem comes out.

If I have to replace the whole assembly, I need two of them. One for left window and the other for right. The cranks are located in the center of the window. The window is approximately 27 inches at the base and it open to the outside approximately 14 inches from the edge

Greetings,

It sounds like you need a new operator. I would take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032. Just make sure all the dimensions check out!
