These are thermal guard all season windows. The little plastic part breaks off the rod. I have two different sized windows that need them

Thank you for contacting us. It appears you have a tilt window spiral balance. In that case, you want either the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600 depending on the diameter of the outer tube.
We're happy to help with the pivot shoe but we'll need more information. Could you remove an undamaged one from the window and show us? We'd also like you to write out its thickness and width.
