Looking for replacement rollers
I'm afraid this sticker doesn't tell me what hardware is used on your door. There's only one way to identify patio door rollers, and that's to see them.
This is a big project. You need an afternoon set aside and an extra pair of hands to help you. Also note that this job requires removing the door twice at minimum; once to ID the rollers, and again to replace them.
I know you were probably hoping for an easier project, but this is the bare minimum that must be done. Once the roller is out, show me a photo of the top, side, and back end. You'll also want to take dimensions and write them down. Please do not take a photo of a tape measure; all dimensions must be written and precise for the sake of accurate comparison.
The image are attached and below are dimensions:
Width: 5/8"
Length: 6 1/4" overall, 5 3/4" between holes, 4 1/2" housing
Height of housing" 1 3/8"
Adjustment barrel: 1 3/8" long
Wheels: 1 1/4" diameter edge to edge and 1" inner diameter
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you! This is exactly what we needed. Based on your photos and measurements, I would strongly recommend the 81-156 tandem roller assembly. There are a few minor differences in size, but I'm chalking that up to the fact that we measure ours in a very particular way. You can review the diagram below. They should match up if you measure yours like we do.
The only difference that might prove to be problematic is the extension on the adjustment screw. Ours doesn't use that, unfortunately, but it's not a deal breaker. I've gotten around this by just sticking the screwdriver in the door, but it's understandably not ideal. You could see if you can reuse that extension.
