I have a set of windows that will not open because the shoes are broken. I don't know which part I need, however. Attached is a photo. I measured 1.5" on the outside of the channel, and I'm assuming I need 1.25". I saw a couple options and am unsure what I need.

Thanks for writing in! It looks like your T-Lock pivot shoe could be either our 15-195 Closed Cam or 15-195 Open Cam 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll want to remove the shoe from the window and double check the dimensions. You'll also need to take a look at the back of the shoe to see if the metal cam is open on closed.
You may want to consider replacing the entire balance assembly. Typically when the shoes are damaged in this fashion, the balance springs are soon to follow.
