Looking for replacement window balance

Hi there. I am replacing window balances and need help identifying the correct product. The marking on my current balances is "2730 BSI F". Attached are pictures for your reference. Thanks in advance.

Take a look and compare our S350-28 channel balance with a 2730 strength option to yours. Thanks for posting!

Hi,
I am replacing window balancers and need help identifying the correct product. Please find the attached photos. I don't see anything broken on both the balancers but when I left the window one of the balancers goes loose and rises up which tilts the window to one side.
Does Replacing the window balancers help?

Hello,

Your balance reminds me of our S395-28 with a 2730 strength option but since you said the balances are moving out of place, you may also want to check the top sash guides on the top two corners of the sash. These guides are meant to keep the balances in place, so that may be the root of your problem. Thank you!
