Looking for replacement window crank operator assembly

Hello there, I'm trying to find a replacement for the window crank operator assembly shown in the images. The only visible markings in the photos are "EntryGard Truth" and "38A" (the last 3 characters of what might be a serial number). The part shown in the photos were purchased back in 2001.
Is this enough information to identify a replacement part?
