Looking for replacement window part

Question

Looking for replacement part for a single hung window. The sash spring is broken so I would like to verify the correct replacement part. The aluminum channel is 27". I'm guessing it is part number is
27" Series 385 Channel Balance
Product Code: S385-27 Option 2630?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2630 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
