Looking for replacement window shoe & assembly

Home Owner from Tierra santa
25-year-old window shoe assembly broke. Seeking replacement shoe assemblies for double hung windows. Uncertain as to best specific option.

Hello there. At first glance, this looks like it might be a 15-087 Shoe and 15-086 Tandem Unit. However, the cam that accepts the pivot bar from the window sash looks a bit different. Please send a clearer photo of the metal cam to be certain, as well as the pivot bar that fits into it. We should be able to narrow this down further from there.

The right-side pin has one screw nearly stripped, so I don't want to pull the window out again. However, the shoe is definitely U-shaped (similar to the photo above), as is the window's pin. Is this enough information in order for you to make a determination between a 15-087 Shoe and 15-086 Tandem Unit?

If you believe the cam style to be the same as your original part, then the 15-087 and its constituent parts would be my top recommendation. You may place an order for these parts directly on our site at your convenience.

Hello again. Actually, I do have another question. While the shoe is the right one, I will need the springs as well. Is there a combined "kit" that has two springs within a housing that connects to the shoe?

We sell the Series 180 spring, which is compatible with all the parts mentioned so far, but it's only sold separately. We do not sell these as complete kits unfortunately.
