Looking for replacements

I'm looking for 2 sets of the attached pictures. The picture is of a good set of balances for my windows. The channel lengths are 16-3/8" and 17".
Markings on the 17" one says 16 3 IN CALDWELL.
Markings on the 16-3/8" one says 16 3 BSI DR

Hello there. As you gathered, these are two different types of balances. The balance stamped 16 3 BSI should have a metal channel that measures 16-7/8" in length. It is not a stock item but we can provide it for you via a custom order. I just shot you an email with a custom link to order a pair. Note these replacements will be stamped 1630, which is the same rating as 16-3.

The other balance is our standard S380-17 or S385-17, with a stamp option of 1630. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the illustration below.
