Note I googled the D/M number and it came back with a part that was on a sliding glass door. This was being used on a closet mirror door.

Those codes are sometimes associated with the 81-258 Ador Hi-Lite roller. This company also made some closet doors that used this roller. Take a look and see if this matches what you need.
