Looking for replacements of window balance

Hi Swisco Expert,

I am replacing two of my window balances. Would you please help identify the parts?
The length of the metal is 31, the depth of the shoe is 9/16, the width of the shoe is 1/2.
Plz let me know if there is any thing you need to know.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacements needed for your balances; although, given the stamp on them, they will need to be custom assemblies.

Before I can provide you with an order link for the replacements, I'd like to double check the length of your balances. They should be 30", not including the top and bottom attachments. Can you confirm this?
