Looking for replacemnt balancer

Question

Looking for a replacement window balancer. This balanceer had a "7" stamp on it. Customer states that they were Andersen replacements that were installed in 2007 although I did not see an andersen logo in the bottom corner of rhe glass.

Not sure if the coil is part of the balancer or not. It also appears that there is NO Notch for rremoval of the balance unit. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello! This doesn't look like an Andersen brand window, but the good news is that we do sell the components for your coil balance system. See our 15-087 pivot housing and Series 180 coil spring.

As for removal, it sounds like you'll have to make your own cutout. The video below will show you how we like to do it.
