Looking for replacment constant force balance and tilt release latches

Hello,
I am looking to replace some broken balances and tilt releases. The windows are single-hung vinyl by Simonton. I have a pic of the window sticker if needed. Model appears to be 2493061/02? Sticker also says PFSHWI F0303, and A3445S 65L.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Take a look at our 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe uses either our Series 160 1/2" thick springs or Series 165 3/8" thick springs. Compare the thickness of your old coil springs to see which you need. Let me know if you have any other questions.
