Looking for right part

Last year I ordered (order #830461) part SERIES 600 SPIRAL TILT WINDOW BALANCE (red). However, after comparing it with the part needing to be replaced, I realized that the new part is slightly smaller in diameter. Also, the new part Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick is also smaller than the replacement.

I see that the 600 is the widest (in diameter) that you sell.

Also, the Pivot shoes all appear to be 1 1/4" longwise - that is too short for my window slot. It spins around when I tighten it. Anything longer and thicker for shoes?
