Looking for several left and right hand Hope's operators

My example has part number L.H. 5565.

my mounting holes are 4 1-8"
my gear center to pivot arm is about 9. 3/4"
I see you may have a suitable replacement part, please confirm. I'm a professional restoration contractor.

Thanks for your post! The closest replacement match we have to this window operator is the 39-354 Hope Operator. Like the one pictured here, it has a 4-1/8" hole spacing. To determine if this will work for your restoration, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

The opposite handed version is the 39-353.
