Looking for sliding door handle replacement

Question

Looking for an exact replica if possible.  Not sure who manufactured the door, no indicators that I can view.  There are the numbers CD344 on the handle itself.  Thanks

I'm not sure if an exact replacement for your handle set is still available but we do carry a very similar 82-036 surface mounted handle set. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to your original hardware. Thank you!
