Looking for sliding glass door handle replacement

Question

I'm in search of a replacement handle for sliding glass door. Original door from 1999 build. Distance between top and bottom holes on door/top and bottom screws on handle is 4 inches. Lock looks to be offset and at an angle. Trying to figure out if I can find replacement parts suitable and which ones I'd need. Thank you!

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Based on your photos, my recommendation would be the 82-087 handle set. I feel confident that this will work for your door, but look it over and see what you think.

We also sell the 82-227 mortise lock, if you happen to need that, as well. You can also just reuse your original as long as it's still in working order.
