Looking for some parts for a thermaline window

Looking for this part it looks most like the 17/32 part but it is 5/8 thick. Has the little tabs in the middle(broken off)
Any ideas?

Hello,

We did carry a pivot shoe similar to yours at one time but it has since been discontinued. We now recommend the 15-047 which could work for you as long as the dimensions below match up to yours. Thanks for posting!
